Blue-eyed Beauty | Sydney Family photography

I love taking family portraits.

I love to capture those moments when a family interacts with each other, just doing their thing.

The little moments, as time passes, you might forget.

But occasionally, a shoot doesn’t go to plan, and this one didn’t start out too well! Firstly, a mix up with our chosen outdoor location, with me being advised a booking was not needed only to arrive and be told the exact opposite was extremely embarrassing and frustrating. I hate to look unprofessional! Whilst I was trying to sort out this mix up, 8 month old Xavier decided he didn’t like what he was wearing and, well…. number two’s was well represented!

We agreed on an alternative location, Xavier was changed, we took  a quick 20 minute drive and then settled into our session.

These are just a handful of the beautiful images we were able to capture!

Erin and Stacy, thank you both for your patience! Even with our little dramas, I hope I’ve captured you exactly as you wanted. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time with your beautiful family.

Big, Beautiful Eyes!

Well, I have just had a look at when I last posted and am ashamed to say it was nearly one month ago! Too much time on Facebook amongst other things 😦  Ooops…

Time to post some recent shoots of some gorgeous families and people, and whilst I am at it, resume the weekly challenges I set for myself at the beginning of the year which have drastically fallen by the wayside!

Baby Mariel  had a pair of the biggest, soul-searching eyes I have seen in  long time! She obviously got them from her mother, as her eyes were just as beautiful!

Thank you Mariam and Ehab for allowing me into your home to capture you both and your new baby!

Is this family gorgeous or what!?

Following on from this post, when we had finished our session, I knew I had more than enough images to present to Natalie and Adrian that were ‘keepers’. In fact, I had too many to choose from! Not because I am good with the camera ;-), but because this family was so easy and natural to photograph! They made my job very easy.

Little Emma was born to be infront of a lens! What a character! And baby Ava’s blue eyes were ah mazing! Both Nat and Adrian are so comfortable and relaxed with each other and this showed in how gorgeous all their images were, both alone, together and with the girls.

Thank you both so much for trusting me to capture you both and your beautiful little girls! It was my pleasure!

And as I couldn’t bear to limit the viewing to just a few pics, here are a few more than just a few!

Lilly Angelina – 9 weeks

Long, lanky and just plain loverly! At 9 weeks old Lilly was just past that squishy, pliable newborn stage and didn’t fit into any of my ‘bubba’ props, but she loved the camera and that’s all that mattered!  She was soooo easy to shoot and to top it off, gorgeous to boot! I love what I do!

Thank you Jennifer for trusting me with your beautiful daughter!

If you would like your Memorable Moments captured, be it your new baby, your family, or just you, give me a call!
