Sun, Surf and Stunning Smiles!

You know when you see people and say, ‘these two are just meant for each other.’ Well here they are!

This couple, Chantelle and Scott, were so natural and all smiles for their session! And look at the result, s-t-u-n-n-i-n-g! I just hung back and let them do their thing. I think at one point they forgot I was there….

Thank you Chantelle and Scott for letting me capture your love and dedication for each other. It was an absolute pleasure. Let’s do it again sometime!

There were so many to share, I couldn’t choose…. click on an image to see a larger version

If you would like a session, winter is a great time, so give me a call and we can organise something!

Three nurses and a birthday present…

I was recently contacted by Wendy, who  enquired about a photoshoot as a birthday present for her friend, Rebecca.

Wendy, Rebecca and Yolanda are all nurses whose friendship blossomed at work. They have been friends for a few years, so when Rebecca’s 30th (!) birthday was coming up, Wendy found my website and contacted me. She thought that  a casual informal shoot was best for them – a shoot to document their friendship and get some lovely shots to keep.

Here is what we came up with. We all thought they were  lovely! Don’t you?

If you too  would like to give the gift of a photoshoot to a friend or family member to celebrate a special occasion or just cause you love them, give me a call or contact me via the Contact form above!

Is this family gorgeous or what!?

Following on from this post, when we had finished our session, I knew I had more than enough images to present to Natalie and Adrian that were ‘keepers’. In fact, I had too many to choose from! Not because I am good with the camera ;-), but because this family was so easy and natural to photograph! They made my job very easy.

Little Emma was born to be infront of a lens! What a character! And baby Ava’s blue eyes were ah mazing! Both Nat and Adrian are so comfortable and relaxed with each other and this showed in how gorgeous all their images were, both alone, together and with the girls.

Thank you both so much for trusting me to capture you both and your beautiful little girls! It was my pleasure!

And as I couldn’t bear to limit the viewing to just a few pics, here are a few more than just a few!

Felicia and Kaleb

When Felicia asked me to capture her wedding, I was a little hesitant as I normally don’t ‘do’ weddings. Felicia told me she liked my natural style and wanted some special keepsakes of their special day. How could I refuse!!

As it seems to be the case lately with every shoot I have, the day started – actually, the whole week prior to the wedding – out raining! But someone upstairs was watching, and the two were blessed to have gorgeous sunshine for their afternoon service in historical Richmond.

Felicia looked radiant and Kaleb was like the proverbial Cheshire Cat! The smile could not be wiped from his face! It was lovely to see! They were both so happy, and that made my job easy!

Thank you Fel and Kaleb. I had a fantastic time photographing your wedding. And thank you for trusting me to capture your special day and making these images your “Memorable Moments”. I am honoured that you asked me to be a part of your wedding.

Here are a few of my favourite images from their day.

We stopped traffic to capture this one!! Just as I promised Fel!

Peruvian Beauty

This shoot was a long time coming! With all the recent rain in Sydney, we had to reschedule a few times. On the day of our third reschedule, the morning started out pretty cloudy and all thoughts turned to, ‘here we go again!’. The sun came out just after lunch and it turned pretty warm. Perfect! But alas, our joy was short-lived. Although it did not rain, by late afternoon, the clouds had rolled in again, so I had to revert back to style number two for the shoot.

Instead of beautiful late afternoon sun and the golden tones they produce, Mercedes’ natural beauty shone in the shade of the clouds! I must say, although the shoot did not go as I had envisioned, we were all very happy with the results!

Thanks Mercedes! You would look gorgeous in any light.
